History

Brewing
Three malts are the foundation for this non-alcoholic beer: pale ale, Munich and light caramel. These are complemented by two American hops: ‘Citra’ and ‘Amarillo’ popular with beer brewers all over the world. The beer poured into the glass is dark golden, giving rise to an ivory coloured head. The aroma is that of sweet and sourdough with the accent on the former, while the bouquet also suggests mango and gooseberries. The first sip is malty with hints of melon and a touch of lime.
