History
We believe that not only must there be non-alcoholic beer, but it should be good! Malt reinvigorates everyone with an active lifestyle, while the mild but distinctive bitterness of hops refreshes the thirsty. Jaunaudze is the ideal refreshment after a long walk, bike ride or game of beach volleyball. This ale will also be a hit with cyclists, scooter riders or skate-boarders. This brew also contains our usual dose of local ingredients, in this case every bottle contains a handful of Latvian raspberries.
Brewing
As befits a proper ale, Jaunaudze’s three malts are augmented with two American hops. The addition of Latvian raspberries make it one of a kind. The red refreshment in the glass froths up with a snowy head. The aroma hints at the sweetness of malt intermingled with fruity raspberry notes.
